There are a number of events held at Melbourne Exhibition Centre from time to time, but entrances to these events are not free. However, we recommend going for a walk around this building to experience a more modern urban design of Melbourne. The quickest way to go from Melbourne CBD is by taking Trams 96 or 109 from Bourke St, or Tram 112 from Collins St; but the best way is of course to walk along the Yarra River for a more fulfilling walking experience.
